I am currently glued to the fascinating machinations of the Democratic Primaries in the US. I think that I am desperate for Hillary to beat the ultimate "glass ceiling". A woman as the leader of the free world. Definitely the stuff of my dreams!

I live in Australia and by news reports here most people are wishing for Barack Obama to win. I believe it is being followed closely here more than your elections ever have done! Personally I find Hilary Clinton to be very loud and harsh, I did like Bill Clinton however, he seemed to have a much kinder and gentler persona? It will be interesting though whichever way it goes!

Living in the U.S.A and being a registered Democrat, I'm very excited by the choice between Obama and Clinton. I personally feel that Hillary has the experience to hold the office more so than Obama - however, Obama is very charismatic and intelligent so he wouldn't be a bad choice either. I would vote for either of them over McCain.

I do believe this is a very important election - not just for the U.S, but potentially for the world as well.

Either way, it will be an exciting and historic race!
